Order cancellation

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Costs of returning goods

The Harlow Sisters does not cover the costs of return shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning goods.

Return label request:
All returned orders must include a return label with the shipment. Returns without a return label may not be approved for a refund.
